• It is not necessary to wash the product before use, as no chemicals or pesticides were used during cultivation and production
• We recommend airing the product regularly to preserve the fiber structure and ensure a healthy sleeping environment
• If you wish to wash the product, do so at 40°C and no hotter than 60°C
• Wash it with low spin to avoid fiber entanglement
• Use a chemical-free and gentle detergent
• Dry your product in the dryer on medium heat and with wool dryer balls to reduce drying time and ensure that the fibers are gently moved
• Do not use tennis balls as they damage the fibers
