Please ensure that the products are properly packaged and that all tags or labels are intact - if not, our warehouse will not be able to process the returns. You can use the original packaging, but this is not necessary.
If we have received the shipment, we will issue the refund within 14 days.
In any case we will only approve requests for return if the products have not been worn, washed, mended or altered in any way. Return products will only be accepted if they are sent in undamaged wrapping, with the labels still intact and attached. Also, products must be complete - for example, the two elements of a pair must be returned together. Personalized products, gift boxes and gift vouchers can not be returned. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of Bermbach handcrafted beds, Bibs pacifiers, nursing bottles and skincare.
Shipping costs of the returned products will be entirely paid for by the customer. Under no circumstances will Zoen voor Gust reimburse the shipping costs of returned products.
If the return instructions have been followed accurately and the return has been approved, Zoen voor Gust will reimburse for the returned products within 14 days after receiving the shipment.
For residents outside the EU: make sure you mark the box as "return commercial sample" and don’t forget to add the invoice you received from us, otherwise Zoen voor Gust will be charged with customs duties, which we will then charge to you.
Processing your order:
- Delivery will be processed by Post NL/DPD to an address of your choice.
- All orders can be tracked with a personalized tracking code. You will receive this code after your order leaves our warehouse.
- You will receive a confirmation mail within 30 minutes after your order. If not, please check your spam folder ;)
- Shipments travelling to and from any country outside of the EU undergo customs, which in some instances can mean paying additional customs clearance costs such as taxes and duties. Zoen voor Gust cannot control or predict these costs, therefore it is the customers' responsibility to pay for any additional charges.
- Please note: 10% off your first order excludes gift boxes, gift cards and personalized items, as well as the following brands: Baby Quoddle, Binibamba, Bednest, Bermbach, Bundl Australia, Copito, Mamumabird, Minimei, Midmini, Studio Romeo, Write to Me and &Italy.
Please check your track-and-trace code on a regularly base so you can follow your order and see if the way to you goes well.
- Please check if you place a pre-order: we always mention the delivery time for items that are not in stock. Also, to reduce shipping emissions, we will ship your order when all products are available.
- Please note that there is a difference between shipping time and delivery time. Shipping time refers to the time from the order validation until your order is fully processed and the parcel prepared. The delivery period starts when the post service collects the parcel.
- The Netherlands & Belgium: orders placed before 10 pm (CEST UTC+2/CET UTC+1) will be dispatched the same day on working days (Mon-Fri). This means you will receive your parcel almost certain within one or two days after despatch (also on Saturday).
- Rest of EU: orders placed before 6 pm (CEST UTC+2/CET UTC+1) will be dispatched the same day on on working days (Mon-Fri).
- In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond Zoen voor Gust's control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. When your order is delayed, we will inform you via e-mail. We strive to keep this website as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Although Zoen voor Gust will process all orders with the greatest care and attention, the delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. It should be considered as a non-binding estimate.
- Zoen voor Gust cannot be held responsible if their shipping partner is unable to deliver the products because the client is not at home at the time frame indicated, or due to other circumstances that prevent the shipping partner to deliver the order.
- In case the indicated time and/or date is not to the clients availability, the client him/herself is responsible to arrange an alternative date and/or time with the shipping partner. The client is fully responsible to fill in the correct address, zipcode and other contact information, as this will be automatically filled out by the Shopify and the shipping partner on the shipping labels.
- In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), a product must be delivered to the customer within 30 days of the order placement unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not achievable, Zoen voor Gust will notice the customer, who then has the right to cancel without additional charges. In this event, any amounts already paid will be credited within 14 days after.
- If the package is damaged when it arrives and/or if you notice any shortages in the products delivered, it is your responsibility to inform Zoen voor Gust as soon as possible.

In case we reject or cancel an order for any of the aforementioned reasons, we will – depening on the case – refund the price paid for the product and the paid delivery charges.

However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the customer as soon as possible. We will give the customer information about alternative products with similar features, quality and price, reserving the customer the right to accept the replacement product. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of Zoen voor Gust items are in Euro and include value added tax. Shipping costs and custom duties are not included in the price.
Shipping charges are clearly stated separately. More information concerning the shipping costs can be found on the Shipping. International shipments outside the European Union could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the delivery country. Zoen voor Gust cannot control or predict these charges, therefore it is our customer responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
The price and offer of an order are always those which apply at the moment of ordering. Zoen voor Gust retains the right to change and amend product pricing and information. If shortly after purchase a product appears to be reduced in price, no claim can be made for repayment of the price difference.
For settlement of online payments we cooperate with Mollie & Paypal. We do not have access to the confidential details of payment of our customers.
Our payment method is secure. This security system guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorised third parties from gaining access to your information.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the customer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the products, the customer can invoke the right of withdrawal and has the right to return the products to Zoen voor Gust within 14 days as from the day following on the delivery of the product. The customer must follow all return conditions and instructions stipulated by Zoen voor Gust.
The customer should inform our customer service thereof by e-mail or by mail (☾ Tothemoon BV, Weesperzijde 89-O, 1091 EK Amsterdam, – Netherlands).
If our customer service approves your request, it will provide you by e-mail with instructions for the return of the products. Return the products but please ensure that the products are packaged appropriately. You are not obligated to use the original package.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products which are custom made/ordered for the client (such as completed or redeemed vouchers or coupons) and which can not be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as swimwear and underwear.
Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. Under no circumstances will Zoen voor Gust reimburse the shipping costs of returned merchandise. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Zoen voor Gust will reimburse the customer for the returned product(s) within 14 days after receiving but shipping fees shall not be refunded.
For return orders outside EU, please always mention return outside of the package and mark the return box on your customs declaration form. This to avoid import duties for Studio Aimée on the returned products. Return or exchange parcels without the return notice and with custom charges, will not be accepted and not be payed Zoen voor Gust. All custom charges are for your own account.
Zoen voor Gust cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial, that can be caused by malfunctioning or ill use of the products sold by Zoen voor Gust and / or materials or accessories becoming undone.
