Instructions for use:
Heat one pack at a time in the microwave for 15 seconds. Check the temperature and if necessary, heat for a further 5 seconds and check again.
To cool, place in the freezer for at least two hours, longer for lower temperatures and increased cooling duration. Use cold therapy for up to 20 minutes each time.
